1. Standard Ground Shipping (Small Parcel FedEx and UPS Items): Smaller items are shipped through reliable carriers like FedEx and UPS. Most of these shipments do not require a signature, but if you prefer one, contact our customer service team to arrange it.

2. Freight Delivery (Large or Oversized Items): Larger furniture and furnishings are shipped using our trusted freight carrier partners. These deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm, local time in the delivery zone. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. Standard freight shipments are delivered curbside, but you can choose to upgrade to white glove delivery service for added convenience.

White Glove Shipping

For the utmost convenience, we offer white glove shipping, which includes front door delivery, room of choice delivery, and room of choice plus light assembly and debris removal. You can choose your preferred white glove service during checkout.

Damaged Items

While we strive for flawless deliveries, occasionally damages may occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please refuse delivery and document the damages on the delivery receipt. Notify us immediately with the details, and we will arrange a return or exchange of the merchandise. If damages are discovered after delivery, please contact us within 10 business days with supporting documentation and photos.
