Product Description

The Granby Cabin Sauna is another model in the Canadian Timber Collection manufactured with Eastern White Cedar. The 1.5" (35mm) thick walls and roof boards make this 6'x6' (182cm) sauna easy and efficient to heat up and will fit 2 or 3 people comfortably. 2 Tier Benches on the back wall allow for upper and lower seating, this model only comes with electric heater options.

Warranty

Canadian Timber Collection saunas from Dundalk Leisure Craft Inc. are warranted against defects in material and processing under normal/residential use conditions for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt. Of the product. This warranty does not apply to tear and everyday wear and natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover the required regular maintenance of the sauna (for example, tightening the bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna). Refer to the sauna assembly manual for maintenance instructions. This warranty does not cover abuse or negligence, and the manufacturer and associated dealers are not responsible for damage or injury caused by the product. This warranty is only partial, and service or labor charges will not be considered part of the three-year warranty.

What if my product is damaged? 

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.  

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to

instant.outdoor@instantoutdoorluxury.com and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (usually within 1 business day).
